The Minister of Social Development receives the Chargé d'Affairs of the Philippine Ambassador

His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received the Acting Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mrs. Ann Gallandoan Lewis. During the meeting, the Minister of Social Development welcomed the Chargé d'Affairs of the Philippine Embassy to Bahrain, noting the growing friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of the Philippines in various fields, which are based on strong foundations that spanned for many years, stressing that the cooperation between the two countries is moving towards further development and growth, in line with the aspirations of the two friendly countries and peoples. During the meeting, the two parties reviewed a number of issues related to the field of protection and social care, stressing his happiness the importance of enhancing joint cooperation in these development fields and exchanging experiences in order to achieve common goals and aspirations.
