His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received Sheikh Mohammed bin Daij Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Paralympic Committee, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and joint coordination between the two sides to care for and rehabilitate people of determination in the sports field. The Minister of Social Development welcomed the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Paralympic Committee, praising the efforts made by the committee with the support and backing of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the Public Authority for Sports, President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, noting the honorable results achieved by the Paralympic movement in major international and international championships, according to developmental and motivating plans and strategies, to promote male and female players with determination, as well as creating ideal conditions for them, which pushed them towards brilliance to highlight Their energies and capabilities, wishing them continued success in their sports career.
