Ministry of Social Development agrees on the establishment of “Asma Muhammad Zainal Center for home- based Projects

The Ministry of Social Development and the family of the late Asma Muhammad Zainal signed an agreement to finance & support the project of building a complete center for productive families in the outer courtyard of the Ibn Khaldun Social Center in Muharraq Governorate, under the name “Asma Muhammad Zainal Center for Home-Base Enterprise projects” The agreement was signed by the Ministry, His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfour, Minister of Social Development, and by the Head family of the late Asma Muhammad Zainal, Mr. Sami Muhammad Zainal. In a statement on this occasion, the Minister of Social Development noted the Zainal family’s keenness to actively contribute to supporting all national initiatives for the advancement of society within the framework of community partnership, stressing in this context that the contribution of individuals and institutions reflects their responsibility towards their society, pointing out that the project will contribute in Providing support for productive family projects to empower them socially and economically and to ensure continuity and development of their handcraft products. For his part, Mr. Sami Muhammad Zainal praised the efforts of the Ministry of Social Development and its keenness to enhance joint cooperation, and its role in drawing up plans and projects aimed at supporting individuals and families of Bahraini society.
