Minister of Social Development receives the British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain

His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received His Excellency Mr. Alastair Long, the British Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the occasion of his appointment and newly delegation presenting his country as a new ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain. During the meeting, the Minister of Social Development stressed the strength of the historical friendly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom and the continuous development growth they are witnessing, reviewing the most prominent services and projects provided by the Ministry in the areas of protection, developmental, walfare and social care, wishing the Ambassador success in his new assigned diplomatic work. For his part, the British Ambassador praised the progress and development witnessed by the Kingdom of Bahrain at various development fields and levels, stressing his country's constant keenness to strengthen existing cooperation, in a way that achieves the interests and exchanging experiences between the two countries.
