His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfour, Minister of Social Development, received from academic researcher Muhammad Abdul-Jabbar Al-Awainati a copy of his doctoral thesis in media and communication sciences from Ain Shams University in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
