His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development and Chairman of the National Committee for the Elderly, affirmed the distinction of national forearms with giving and dedication, stressing the support enjoyed by the pioneering and competent Bahrainis in various fields, as they are the real wealth of the country, in addition to their constant keenness to be active partners in the process of development and growth. This came when His Excellency met with the Director General of the Yoko House for Parental Care, Ms. Rima Ahmed Bin Shams, on the occasion of her receiving the Medal of Excellence in the field of caring for the elderly in the Arab countries, as part of the activities of the ninth Best Practices Forum and Award in the field of the elderly in the Arab countries for the year 2022. His Excellency congratulated the Director General of the Yoko Home for Parents Care Foundation, for awarding it this medal at the level of the Arab world, in appreciation of the efforts and initiatives made in the field of caring for senior citizens, which reflects the extent of keenness to consolidate human values and practices of giving, in a way that contributes to spreading the lofty principles of care and professionalism to enhance the quality of life of the elderly, with a comprehensive and sustainable perspective, expressing his aspiration to continue the path of excellence and qualitative achievements that contribute to raising the name of the Kingdom of Bahrain, to be a role model in all fields.
