The Ministry of Social Development launches the "Bahja" initiative to enhance productivity and institutional values

The Ministry of Social Development launched the "Bahja" team for the Ministry's employees, in order to enhance the professional productivity of the employees, and in a way that raises job satisfaction, which is beneficial to the level of providing services to the beneficiaries. In this regard, the Ministry stated that on the occasion of the United Nations celebration of the International Day of Happiness corresponding to March 20 of each year, the Ministry was keen to participate in this international celebration by organizing the "Bahja" team, which aims to promote the dissemination of a culture of positive work for all its cadres, as well as the consolidation of a healthy social environment, in order to reach the maximum extent of stability and social job satisfaction, and in a way that positively affects the axis of institutional performance in general, pointing out that the team will work on formulating a plan that includes many programs and social initiatives that will be implemented throughout the year, as the Ministry has identified a mechanism Implementing this initiative by working on the principle of achieving productivity and sustainability, in a way that contributes to advancing the Ministry's development march.
