Minister Al-Asfoor confirms the support of charitable funds to achieve development goals

His Excellency the Minister of Social Development, Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, praised the continuous humanitarian effort undertaken by the charitable funds, calling for the continuation of providing development services, in order to achieve the principles of community partnership and complement the role played by the official authorities in community development, stressing at the same time supporting and encouraging the activities of civil organizations registered under the umbrella of the Ministry of Social Development, because of their prominent role in community service. This came during his meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sar Charity Fund, Mr. Alawi Sharaf, in the presence of a number of members of the Board of Directors, in his office in Manama. He also praised the efforts of various civil society organizations for the tangible services and distinguished initiatives they provide to meet the needs of all segments of Bahraini society, which gives rise to pride and keenness to continue supporting these efforts.
