The Minister of Social Development Meets the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Friendship Association for the Blind

His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfour, Minister of Social Development, received in his office the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Friendship Association for the Blind, Mr. Hussein Haider Al-Halibi, in the presence of a number of members of the Board of Directors. His Excellency the Minister expressed his appreciation for the developmental efforts of the association for people with visual disabilities, their families and those interested in their affairs, and the contributions of its members to the programs and projects implemented by the association aimed at highlighting the capabilities of the blind in a way that enhances their integration into society, stressing the keenness of the Ministry of Social Development to raise the level of cooperation with the association in a way that contributes to ensuring the achievement of its humanitarian and social goals.
