His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, stressed the need to continue to enhance cooperation and concerted efforts between the various governmental, private and civil sectors in order to provide the best services to all members of society and its various groups, stressing keenness on further facilitation of the various procedures followed in accordance with the laws and regulations of civil organizations and in order to achieve the goals and objectives of charitable and voluntary work in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This came during a meeting with His Excellency the Minister of Social Development, Mr. Omar Issa Buhaila, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bassmat Khair Association for Humanitarian Works, in the presence of a number of members of the Board of Directors of the association, where His Excellency the Minister praised the efforts of Bassmat Khair Association for Humanitarian Works, expressing his appreciation for the social projects and programs implemented by the association to achieve social awareness. During the meeting, the most prominent activities of the Bassmat Khair Association for Humanitarian Work and the projects it presents to the Bahraini society were reviewed, in addition to discussing its plans during the next stage aimed at consolidating and strengthening the values of loyalty and belonging, and developing awareness of volunteer work in the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as strengthening the qualitative community partnership for optimal investment in the pioneering energies in society, in a way that enhances the developmental role of the association.
