His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, said that the productive families registered with the Ministry will have a prominent presence in the heritage village within the Bahrain International Airshow 2022 in its sixth edition, to be held during the period between 9-11 November 2022, under the sublime patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Kingdom of Bahrain, and under the supervision of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King and Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee. Bahrain International Airshow, organized by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and the Royal Bahraini Air Force. On this occasion, Al-Asfoor affirmed that participation in this event, which brings together a number of countries with industrial stature in the international aviation sector, reflects the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to support and develop the private sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a major and effective partner in development paths, leading to a competitive and sustainable national economy. Participation is also an important opportunity to market the products of productive families among the various participants, exhibitors and visitors, pointing to allocating an area in the heritage village that can accommodate 48 productive families, displaying their various products and services. Represented by food products and traditional handicrafts, stressing in this context the importance of integrating these families into the national economy and promoting the productive activities of members of Bahraini productive families, and moving them to professionalism through the advanced system provided by the Ministry of training, development and marketing services of added value to these families. He also pointed out in this regard that the great successes achieved over the past ten years at the International Airshow were the result of the concerted efforts of all concerned parties with distinguished expertise in organization and management, in addition to working in the spirit of one team that distinguishes the people of Bahrain, which contributed to the appearance of the exhibition in the best way, pointing out that the Kingdom of Bahrain has become the focus of the world's attention through its continuous successes, especially the distinguished relations that it has with the countries of the world based on solid foundations. The Minister of Social Development said that the International Airshow is distinguished by being one of the exhibitions that contribute to enhancing attracting investments in this vital sector through the Kingdom of Bahrain, while providing a unique and distinctive method for meetings between officials, manufacturers and experts, in addition to the presence of companies operating in the field of aviation from different countries of the world under one sky, during which joint integration solutions are presented and the promotion of development in the future of the aviation industry.
