Licensing & registration for Parents Day Care Institute Service
The service is concerned with submitting a request for: (establishing a new day care facility for parents, renewing the day care facility for parents, transfering to another location, or opening another new branch) by filling out the relevant form and attaching the required documents and to submit the request by e-mail to the Elderly Services Office. To ensure its completion, then refer the application to the department to present it to the decision committee.
