Request to provide prosthetic devices for the elderly Service
Providing various aspects of services and facilities for the elderly among their families and providing them with various prosthetic devices for free, such as electric wheelchairs, regular wheelchairs, stethoscopes, a toilet chair (commode), walkers and crutches.

Applicant must be a Bahraini nationality.

Applicant must be resident in the kingdom of Bahrain.

Applicant must not be less than sixty years in age.

Applicant income must not exceed 1000 B.D. per month when submitting the application.

Must pass 2 years since resubmitting a new application for the same device used for regular prosthetic devices, and pass 4 years for prosthetic devices equipped with special specifications, unless the committee deems otherwise.

Valid ID card (CPR).

The original copy of the medical report form a consultant of one of the government hospitals in Arabic.
Hand over the device upon approval of the request.
