The Minister of Social Development reviews the contributions of the Bahrain Society for Parental Care

His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received in his office at the Ministry the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Society for Parents Welfare, Mr. Ahmed Al-Banna, and in the presence of the Director of the Ibrahim Kanoo Social Club for Parents, Mr. Ahmed Al-Fadala. For his part, Al-Asfoor praised the valuable efforts provided by the association and the support for government efforts to enhance and protect the status of senior citizens in society, stressing in this context the keenness of the Ministry of Social Development to overcome all obstacles that charitable and voluntary associations may face, in order to contribute to achieving their institutional goals, according to the laws and regulations in force in the field of supporting civil associations. For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors expressed his thanks and appreciation for the continuous efforts of the Ministry of Social Development in supporting and assisting NGOs, and providing them with opportunities to exercise their charitable and humanitarian role in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
