The Minister of Social Development receives a copy of the master’s thesis of employee Abdul Karim Siyadi

His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received a copy of his master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Strategic Flexibility on the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Kingdom of Bahrain,” which was prepared by Mr. Abdul Karim Ibrahim Siyadi, Head of the Ministry’s Financial Resources Department. During the meeting, the Minister of Social Development congratulated the Head of the Financial Resources Department on his scientific achievement, stressing the importance of this study in achieving the competitive capabilities and sustainability of all governmental, private and civil sectors, by enabling these sectors to reach the highest levels of efficiency. For his part, Mr. Abdul Karim Siyadi, Head of the Financial Resources Department at the Ministry of Social Development, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Social Development for encouraging national cadres to give more in service of government work, hoping that the results of this study will contribute to supporting the Ministry’s efforts in its developmental and social fields.
