The Minister of Social Development meets the Board of Directors of the Bahraini Society for Multiple Sclerosis Patients

His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received in his office the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahraini Society for Patients with Multiple Sclerosis, Mrs. Nahla Abdul Rahman Abu Al-Fateh, in the presence of a number of members of the Board of Directors, where they discussed ways to enhance cooperation to improve the quality of services and programs implemented by the Society. During the meeting, the Minister of Social Development praised the association's contributions towards the multiple sclerosis patients, stressing in this context the Ministry's constant keenness to enhance the status of civil society organizations and their qualitative initiatives, and to enable them to exercise their primary role to achieve their development and social goals. The president of the association reviewed the most prominent programs of the association, the developments of its projects, and the services it provides to the target groups in cooperation with governmental and private institutions related to the objectives of the humanitarian association, as well as its role in educating and educating patients on how to deal with the various stages of the disease, and presenting therapeutic developments, in addition to the association’s endeavor in the next stage to enhance the culture of patients and stakeholders.
