His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfour, Minister of Social Development, received in his office HE Representative Mamdouh Al-Saleh, Chairman of the Services Committee in the House of Representatives, where the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities, especially in the development and social fields. His Excellency the Minister of Social Development welcomed Representative Mamdouh Al-Saleh, reviewing the developments in the social services provided by the Ministry to various segments of Bahraini society, and the initiatives aimed at enhancing protection and social security, praising in this context the role of the House of Representatives in supporting legislation and programs that meet the aspirations of citizens in the welfare and social fields. For his part, MP Al-Saleh praised the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Social Development and the legislative authority, noting the development witnessed by the ministry in social services within the framework of implementing the government's program and its priorities aimed at enhancing ensuring a decent life for citizens and providing them with the best development services.
