Family counseling service
It is an interactive process that takes place between the counselor and the counselee with the aim of helping the counselor understand and solve his/here issues and achieve all objectives & goals according to scientific foundations and theories. The Family Guidance Directorate provides family counseling according to the nature of the problem and the age group of the counselors within the following classification: 1- Family consultations, which take place via (phone/in person/email) and for one time only. 2- Individual guidance, which takes place in person and requires follow-up sessions. 3- Group counseling, which takes place in person and is provided to more than one member of the family. 4- Play guidance, which takes place in person and is provided to children using play therapy techniques. Provide the official authorities (police stations/family courts/public prosecution/etc.) with reports of the counseling sessions prepared for the cases referred by them.
- Requesting the service from the seeker or receiving a letter from the official authorities.
- Receiving an official letter from the entity stating the names of the parties to whom counseling sessions are to be provided, their contact numbers, and the purpose of the request.
- CPR copy of the implementing parties.
- An official letter from official authorities requesting guidance reports.

Finalizing the family counseling service and preparing guidance reports requires within the period of (1-60) days, depending on the type of request.
