Financial Licensing Office Services
The Service provides supervision and follow-up of all financial activities, administrative support to the National Social Work Fund, financial and accounting consulting for NGOs, Issue licenses to raise money, transfer money abroad, receive money from abroad and receive donations.

    Submitting association requests through the Financial and Administrative Audit Department at the National Center for Supporting Non-Governmental Organizations or through the online system for NGO services

    The eService enables registered NGOs to submit and manage the following requests:

      1. Application Form for a license to collect money.

      2. Application for approval to obtain / accept / receive funds from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

      3. Request to send/transfer funds outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

    Fund Collection License

  1. Start the eService starts, the system will display the services provided to NGOs.

  2. Log in to the electronic system with your username and password.

  3. You can view the main menu and choose the required service.

  4. Fill out the required form and click "Submit".

  5. Logout and press the exit button.

User Manual of NGOs eService

    License application to collect money for general purposes (for natural and legal persons)

        1. Fill out the Financial License Application Forms signed by the president or vice president in addition to the secretary and the stamp of the legal person.

        2. Evidence of registration or authorisation of a legal person.

        3. Initial approval from a bank that a bank account can be opened for the duration of the license.

        4. The approval of the authority responsible for the location of the fundraising.

        5. In the event of collection by saving banks, a list of locations and number of the banks should be attached.

        6. Submit the application with all the required documents two months before the date of collection.

    Transfer funds outside the Kingdom of Bahrain / accept donations from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain

        1. Fill out the Financial License Application Forms signed by the president or vice president, in addition to the secretary and the stamp of the legal person.

        2. Fill the annex the Financial License Application Forms with the data of the external party signed by the president or vice president in addition to the secretary and the stamp of the legal person, stating the date of submitting the application.

    Notification of receipt of unauthorized funds for NGOs

      1. Fill out Form the Financial License Application Forms for reporting receipt of unauthorized funds signed by the president or vice president in addition to the secretary and the stamp of the organizing person.

      2. A request letter signed by the president or vice president.
