The National Committee for Childhood in the Kingdom of Bahrain won the Child-Friendly Institutions Award for the year 2022, which was approved by the Arbitration Committee of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, in recognition of its best efforts and initiatives in the field of early childhood. The award aims to encourage institutions concerned with family issues in the Arab region to enhance awareness of the role of the Arab family, in order to embody the important role that it contributes to building and cohesive society. Childs rights under any circumstances, as they are inherent rights guaranteed by international conventions and national legislation.

The Muharraq Social Development Center won the Golden Award on the occasion of obtaining the golden category classification within the government service centers evaluation program "Taqeem 3" in customer service, and for the center's commitment to the observations and standards of the government centers evaluation committee for the year 2022.

The Abdullah bin Yousef Fakhro Social Center won the Silver award on the occasion of the center being ranked in the silver category within the government service centers evaluation program “Taqeem 3” in customer service and for the center’s commitment to the observations and standards of the government centers evaluation committee for the year 2022.

The program succeeded in providing the supportive environment that qualifies the productive family to transform into the stage of entrepreneurship, by empowering those wishing to manage their small and medium business projects, and being dependent people on social assistance to the category of successful productive families in contributing to the development process in society. The project to prove that business management can start with a step, through the opportunity to support productive families, youth and entrepreneurs, with its components and the multiplicity of services it provides, the most prominent of which is adding the legal status to their products, in coordination with the concerned authorities, as well as training, marketing and others .

In a new achievement for the Kingdom of Bahrain on the social level, which strengthens its development position regionally and internationally, the Kingdom of Bahrain, represented by the Ministry of Social Development, had won the Gulf Arab Program for Development (AGFUND) award. It is an international competition for pioneering human development projects for the year 2014 in the field of marketing home-made products.

The Kingdom of Bahrain won the Best Instagram Website Award for the Ministry of Labor and Social Development in the Fourth Gulf Social Work Festival Competitions held in Doha during the period from 12-16 November 2014. The Ministry’s website is considered one of the most vital sites in terms of organization and perfection in uploading and commenting on photos and its ability in communicating with citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The Ministry of Social Development has achieved a new achievement that is added to its continuous achievements by winning the Bahrain Award for Electronic Content for the year 2013 for its new website, which is an integrated reference that includes all the Ministry's information, initiatives, activities, services and achievements in a way that serves the citizen or the viewers anywhere in the world who wishes to know about the Ministry’s services.

The Family Bank won this award due to the pioneering role it played in consolidating the concepts of social work and development partnership in upgrading and developing the performance of this important sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain. All of this became possible by providing Islamic microfinance that targets people with limited incomes, women, youth and the unemployed This year, after the award witnessed a great competition between institutions and companies from different Arab countries.

The Ministry of Social Development won the Excellence Award for the best electronic project on "NGOs system" during the Bahrain International Electronic Government Forum 2013 under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Information and Communication Technology. It was organized by the e-Government Authority for the sixth consecutive year in cooperation with the Project Management Institute (Bahrain Branch) and the Bahrain Internet Society.ي
