Family Care Program Service
The program is concerned with the implementation of visitation rulings for divorced or separated families in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where the implementation of visitation rulings received from the enforcement courts of the Ministry of Justice,Islamic Affairs and Awqaf in social centers distributed across the governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain is supervised. In addition to implementing the visit provisions, provides a range of services, including referring families to family guidance offices to solve the problems they may face when implementing the visit provisions, or reaching an amicable agreement with the parties implementing the visits to implement the visit outside the center, which reflects positively on The psychology of children and families and guarantees the child’s right to live in a safe and stable family environment and thus ensures the child’s healthy psychological development. Also we provide various authorities & agencies (police stations/family courts/public prosecution) with comprehensive reports on the procedures for implementing the visitation letter, which are implemented in the social centers.

Receiving an execution letter issued by the family courts stating the type of visit (outside the center/inside the center), the execution times, and the parties to the execution or those authorized to implement it.

Attending a rehabilitation session for the visiting parties.

Receiving an official letter requesting a report on the progress of visits to parties included in the implementation lists in social centers from the competent official authorities (beneficiaries of the family welfare program).
Applicant can benefit from the Family Care Program service through the following steps:
- A copy of the ID cards of the implementing parties.
- An official letter from the official authorities requesting a report on the progress of the visit.

Finalizing the implementation procedures in the family care program requires a maximum of 14 days, while preparing visit progress reports requires 30 days.
